The Player Status Committee and the Ethics committee of the Ghana Football Association has given Karela United an ultimatum to pay striker Aziz Dogo an amount of 240,000 Cedis.
The former Phar Rangers, Dreams FC and Wa Suntaa striker got injured whiles playing for Karela in 2021 and the club neglected him as he took care of himself throughout surgery.
His contract was terminated by the club who also owed him accrued salaries.
The player sent Karela to the GFA and they have now been tasked to pay the player’s bills as well as the salary arrears all totalling up to 240,000 cedis.
They have just two weeks to do that or will face much stiffer punishment.
