Manager of English Championship winners Burnley, Vincent Kompany will have a look at Belgian teenager of Ghanaian parentage Enock Agyei in preseason.
Agyei, 18, was signed by Kompany from Anderlecht on January 31, 2023 on a four-year deal but was immediately loaned to KV Mechelen where he has made five senior teams appearances.
His loan deal expires this summer and he is expected to be back to Burnley in June. With the club qualifying for the Premier League, Kompany needs a squad in-depth and he will look at Agyei in preseason whether he can be in his squad or he should be on loan again.
Agyei scored four goals in 17 appearances for the second team of Anderlecht before Kompany signed him for Burnley in January for a fee of 350,000 Pounds.
