Former Ghana International Bernard Dong Bortey has commended Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC for their warm welcome on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The Accra Hearts of Oak SC legend was seen among the legends of Kumasi Asante Kotoko when they played against Elmina Sharks FC.
According to him, though he’s not a Porcupine faithful, the Club gave him nice reception in their coronation match to the already relegated side Elmina Sharks.
“I am not a legend of AsanteKotoko SC but they gave me a nice reception. I don’t think the current leaders of Hearts Of Oak understand football”.

Dong Bortey is a legend at Hearts of Oak SC and won the CAF Confederation Cup trophy with the club with a number of the Ghana Premier League title.
