Ghanaian forward, Kwabena Owusu featured and scored in Qarabag’s league win over Turan on Thursday afternoon as his side secured a win.
The striker started in the attack for his team in a match that was the matchday 11 contest of the present Azerbaijani top-flight league season.
Kwabena Owusu made the most of a fantastic opportunity that came his way just two minutes into the first half. The attacker gave his team the lead with a shot that went past Turan’s goalie and into the net.
Ramil Sheydayev and Filip Ozobic scored two more goals for Qarabag as they improved their already impressive performance.
Qarabag won 3-0 to earn all three points at the conclusion of the ninety minutes.
After nine appearances for his team this season, Kwabena Owusu from Ghana already has three league goals.
He also has four goals in UEFA club competitions this season.
