Owusu Kwabena delivered a standout performance on Sunday as Ankaragücü came from behind to draw 2-2 with Boluspor in an exciting Turkish 1.Lig Week 34 encounter.

Boluspor started strongly and took control in the first half. Kosta Aleksic opened the scoring in the 28th minute, calmly finishing off a quick counterattack down the right wing. Just nine minutes later, Oğuz Güçtekin made it 2-0 from the penalty spot, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way with a confident strike.

With Ankaragücü trailing, Kwabena stepped up at a crucial moment. In added time of the first half, the Ghanaian forward reacted quickly to a low cross into the box, firing home to cut the deficit before the break.

The 26-year-old continued to inspire his team in the second half. In the 63rd minute, he played a smart pass into the box to find Renaldo Cephas, who slotted in the equalizer to make it 2-2.

Kwabena completed the full match and ended the day with one goal and one assist, bringing his season tally to five goals and one assist in 11 league appearances.

Ankaragücü, now unbeaten in their last three matches against Boluspor, will face Manisa FK on April 18 as they continue their push in the league.
