Kwasi Okyere Wriedt put in a standout performance for Sanliurfaspor, registering a goal and an assist in their dominant 4-1 victory over Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish second-tier league.
Sanliurfaspor took control early, with Zach Muscat opening the scoring. Uchenna Ogundu doubled the lead in the 22nd minute before Wriedt found the net in the 39th minute, giving his side a comfortable 3-0 advantage at halftime.
Cagri Giritlioglu added a fourth goal in the 79th minute to put the result beyond doubt. Yeni Malatyaspor managed to pull one back through Halil Ibrahim Atci in the 82nd minute, but it was little more than a consolation.
Since joining Sanliurfaspor after parting ways with Manisa FK, Wriedt has made six appearances, scoring twice and providing one assist.
The former Bayern Munich youth player is eager to maintain his strong form as Sanliurfaspor aims for a successful league campaign.
