Scouts of English Premiership giants Liverpool will be at Al Khor on Thursday, November 23 to watch Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus.
The Ajax star has been on fire so far this season netting nine goals in all competitions with four of them coming in the Champions League.
Kudus scored a screamer against Liverpool in Anfield and since then, Jurgen Klopp has been keeping an eye on him.
That form has seen the likes of Everton and Tottenham take note. Indeed, Tottenham director Fabio Paratici is among those tipped to keep a close watch on Kudus’ performances in Qatar.
However, reports now claim that race is being led by Liverpool. It’s claimed Klopp has been tracking Kudus’ displays since that day. And his admiration for the 22-year-old is seemingly growing by the week.
Now the Merseysiders will reportedly despatch their top scout to take in the Group H clash with Portugal.
Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that scouts of Liverpool will watch Kudus on Thursday against Portugal as the Kopites hope to bring him to Anfield in January.
Aside Liverpool, Milan, Juventus, Dortmund and Everton have all expressed interest in signing the 22-year-old.
