Former Ghana youth star, Adu Tutu Skelley has shared his opinion on Black Stars goalie Jojo Wollacott describing him as not good enough to be Ghana’s number one.
The 1999 FIFA U20 player said the new Ghana first choice goalkeeper is not good enough and cannot be compared to former Hearts of Oak SC goalie, Sammy Adjei.
According to him, none of the current players of the Black Stars would make it into the Black Satellites team of 1999 using the goalkeeper as a typical example of not good enough players in the team.
“Look at our current goalkeeper, he is not good enough, he cannot be compared to Sammy Adjei”, Tutu Skelley said on Starr FM.
Wollacott conceded five goals in three matches as he could barely save a shot he faced at the tournament which has raised so many concerns about his goalkeeping abilities.
Adu Tutu Skelley who was a star player for Ghana in the late 90s at the youth level believes he(Wollacott) is not as good as Sammy Adjei was in Ghana goal.
