Hearts of Oak have called upon a 22-player squad in preparation for their Ghana Premier League week six encounter against FC Samartex, set to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
The Phobians, despite an impressive pre-season campaign where they triumphed in all their matches with an extraordinary number of goals, have had a less than stellar season start in the league.
In their last four league matches, Hearts of Oak secured only one victory, recorded one draw, and suffered two losses, with a match against Hearts of Lions yet to be played.
With mounting pressure on coach Martin Koopman, Hearts of Oak are eager to take on FC Samartex at the Accra Sports Stadium this Saturday in an attempt to alleviate concerns.
