Hearts of Oak’s coach, Martin Koopman, has finalized his 22-man squad for their upcoming match in Sunyani this weekend.

In the third round of fixtures for the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League, the Phobians will face a tough challenge as they visit the Coronation Park to take on the newly-promoted Bofoakwa Tano.

The Hearts of Oak squad has departed the capital for their Saturday game against Bofoakwa Tano.

Bofoakwa Tano, currently sitting at the top of the league with four points, is determined to maintain their strong start to the season.

Bofoawka secured a well-deserved point in their season opener against Accra Great Olympics (0-0) before an impressive 2-1 victory over Real Tamale United.

Bofoakwa Tano has not defeated Hearts of Oak since 1995, a record spanning back to the Premier League era of 1993/94, with 18 games without a win against the Phobians.

Ramos Kashala Wanet, who scored Hearts of Oak’s first goal in their season-opening victory over Nsoatreman FC, will lead the attack for Martin Koopman’s side.

Midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen, who missed the entire previous season due to a meniscus injury, is back in the squad.

Kwadwo Obeng Jnr, who was sidelined in their last game due to injury, has also returned to the squad.

New signings Kelvin Osei Asibey, Martin Karikari, Evans Adomako, and Kofi Agbesimah are all part of the selected squad.

Here is the full squad list:
