On Sunday, Nsoatreman FC held on to secure a 1-0 victory against Medeama SC in a hard-fought match in the Ghana Premier League.
The two teams clashed in a Week 29 encounter of the almost-concluded league season.
Although both teams played well throughout the game, only one goal was scored, with Nana Kwame Junior scoring the lone goal in the 53rd minute to give Nsoatreman FC the lead.
The score remained unchanged for the rest of the match, with the first half ending in a goalless draw.
With this victory, Nsoatreman FC is now well clear of the relegation zone in the Ghana Premier League table.
In contrast, Medeama SC has dropped to third in the league standings, missing out on an excellent opportunity to close the gap on league leaders Aduana Stars.
