Hearts of Oak suffered yet another loss in the betPawa Ghana Premier League as they were beaten by FC Samartex on match day 30 away from home.
Hearts travelled to Samreboi, where they met Samartex at Nsenkyire Park, with the hosts scoring two late goals to defeat the Phobians.
Linda Mtange appeared to have scored the game-winning goal for the Accra-based team in the dying minutes, but Samartex equalised in the 76th minute to draw the game before a 95th-minute strike guaranteed they secured all three points.
Kwasi Ofosu opened the scoring in the game after seven minutes played but Hearts found the equaliser through Gideon Asante Yeboah three minutes away from the end of the first half.
Mtange scored 19 minutes into the second half to get David Ocloo’s side but Emmanuel Keyekeh drew the Timber Giants leveled before a 95th winner from the home team sealed the victory.
