Ghanaian youth international Mathew Anim Cudjoe was named the Man of the Match in Dundee United Football Club’s win over Falkirk FC.
Dundee played away from home in their third group fixture of the Scottish League Cup on Tuesday night with the Ghanaian returning to the starting line-up.
Anim Cudjoe enjoyed 64 minutes of action in the encounter as his side went on to record a 1-0 victory at the end of the fixture.
Kai Fotheringham opened the scoring after 25 minutes played taking advantage of a defensive error by the home team on the day.
Anim Cudjoe should have scored the second for Dundee after the break but his effort went just wide of the post.
The 19-year-old was then replaced minutes later with Glenn Middleton taking his place.
At the end of the game, the Ghana U-20 international was named the Man of the Match for the fixture as his side also moved top of the table after three games played.
