Cameroon attacker Franck Thiery Mbella Etouga scored his second hat trick of the season for Asante Kotoko in the 3-1 win over Accra Lions on Saturday.
Etouga took his tally of goals to 18 in 12 games and is the leads the Top Scorers chart of the league after Week 17.
Diawisie Taylor of Karela United scored 18 goals to win the Goal King award of the Ghana Premier League in the last campaign and considering the rate at which Etouga scores, he is in a strong position to better the figures of Taylor.
