The 2023-24 CAF Champions League group stages ended last week and the best and worst-performed teams have been ranked.
Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa topped the 16-team table with 13 points followed by Al Ahly and Petro Luanda each with 12 points.
Ghana’s Medeama finished 15th just ahead of Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana with each winning four points but Medeama scored 3 goals compared to Galaxy’s 1 as both conceded 12 goals each.
