The 30-year-old has secured a guaranteed contract that will keep him at the club through the 2025 MLS season.

His MLS journey has included stints with the LA Galaxy, D.C. United, Columbus Crew, and New England Revolution. Since joining New England as a free agent in 2021, Boateng made 89 appearances (36 starts), scoring eight goals and registering 12 assists. He was instrumental in the Revolution’s 2021 Supporters’ Shield-winning campaign, contributing two goals and four assists.
