In a close race for the Player of the Season award at West Ham, Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus narrowly misses out to England’s Jarrod Bowen.
Bowen clinched the honor thanks to his impressive tally of 30 combined goals and assists across all competitions.
Despite being the runner-up, Kudus showcased his exceptional talent throughout the campaign, contributing seven goals and six assists in the Premier League alone.
With a total of 13 goals and six assists in 44 appearances, Kudus proved to be a vital asset for David Moyes’ squad.
While he fell short of the top title, Kudus received recognition for his outstanding solo goal against SC Freiburg, winning the Goal of the Season Award and solidifying his status as one of West Ham’s rising stars.
