Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus has been named in the UEFA Champions League team of the week following his outstanding performance against Rangers.

The 22-year-old found the net, got an assist and didn’t misplace a pass in the game on Wednesday evening, earning plaudits among Ghanaians and others.

He was also named man of the match.

Due to his sensational performance, Whoscored has included him in the team of the week alongside Robert Lewandowski and other great players.

Kudus achieved this with his first start of the campaign and his second Champions League start ever.

The days of sadness seem to be behind him as he dazzles Ajax fans and the rest of the world.
