West Ham United star midfielder Mohammed Kudus had a moment of madness as he got sent off for pushing two players in the face during his side’s Premier League clash with Tottenham on Saturday afternoon.
The winger will subsequently miss West Ham’s clash with Manchester United next weekend, which is good news for United, who take on Brentford in a 3pm kick-off.
Kudus opened the scoring for West Ham against Spurs in the 18th minute, only for the game to be turned on its head following efforts from Dejan Kulusevski, Yves Bissouma and Son Heung-min – as well as a horrible own goal.
It was in the closing stages of the match that Kudus lost his head and received a red card for his outlandish behaviour.
Kudus initially kicked out at Micky Van de Ven and then shoved the defender in the face after a coming together, continuing to rage, before shoving Pape Sarr in the face as well.

Referee Chris Kavanagh initially flashed his yellow card to the 24-year-old a yellow card.
However, VAR intervened and Kavanagh eventually looked at the screen before sending Kudus for an early shower instead.
The Ghana international will now miss West Ham’s next three matches, including one against United next Sunday.
