Ghanaian midfielder Moritz-Broni Kwarteng has been named player of the month for September for 2 Bundesliga club Magdeburg.
It is his second accolade in a row after clinching the title in August, highlighting a supreme level of form for him.
The 24-year-old started all three games in September, only in Paderborn he did not play the full 90 minutes. In the first home win of the season against Greuther Fürth, he first initiated Cristiano Piccini’s lead and scored in the closing stages to make it 2-1.
He joined his current club in January 2022 as a free agent.
