Ghana manager Milovan Rajevac, has reacted to the Black Stars painful defeat to Morocco in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament opener.
The Black Stars were beaten 1-0 on Monday afternoon and the Serbian tactician has reacted to the late loss.
Attacker Sofiane Boufal scored in the closing end of the game to to Morocco their first victory of the season.
“I have not been feeling well for the past two days ,but I wanted to play, my colleagues wanted me on the field so I did everything to be there, its football and we are disappointed to concede in the last minute”. Andre Ayew said.
Milovan Rajevac has been tasked to lead Ghana to end the 40-year Afcon drought and following the poor start in Cameroon, a positive reaction is a must in the next game.
Ghana will play Gabon, a side captained by Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on Friday.
