The draw for the Round 16 of the 2023-24 MTN FA Cup has been made with two Premier League affairs headlining the draw. Asante Kotoko will play against Karela United away from home while Nsoatreman FC hosts Berekum Chelsea FC.
Defending Champions Dreams FC will host Koforidau Semper FI FC.
Lower tier clubs Elmina Sharks hosts Skyy FC and Soccer Intellectuals entertains Hohoe United FC.
