Ghanaian midfielder Musah Mohammed delivered a standout performance in Bodrumspor’s 3-1 victory over Adana Demirspor in Round 7 of the Turkish Super Lig.
In their first-ever meeting, Bodrumspor impressed on home soil with a commanding display. George Puscas opened the scoring in the 13th minute, assisted by Zdravko Dimitrov, setting the tone for the match. Taulant Seferi doubled Bodrumspor’s lead in the 54th minute.
Adana Demirspor attempted a fightback when Andrew Gravillon pulled one back in the 60th minute. However, Musah Mohammed, who played the entire match, played a pivotal role in securing the win. His clever pass set up Puscas’ second goal in the 82nd minute, putting the game beyond reach for the visitors.
Despite Adana Demirspor having slightly more possession (53%) and 16 shots, Bodrumspor’s clinical finishing, with 18 shots and two big chances created, made the difference.
This victory boosts Bodrumspor’s momentum ahead of their next match against Kasımpaşa on October 5, with Mohammed’s performance likely giving the team added confidence.
