Nations FC coach, Kasim Mingle has blamed his player’s indecisiveness for defeat in the ongoing 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League against defending champions Medeama SC.
Medeama SC on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, played one of their Ghana Premier League outstanding games against Nations FC at the Akoon Community Park in Tarkwa.
After a keenly contested game of 90 minutes, Kamaradini Mamudu’s 62nd minute decided the game in favour of Medeama and Kasim Mingle is disappointed that his players couldn’t convert the chances.
“We created a lot of scoring chances but I think my players were selfish. We had chances that were easy to score than to miss” he said.
He added his team didn’t deserve to lose considering their performance and the chances they created against Medeama SC.
“It’s a game that we didn’t deserve to lose. In the first half, we dominated and created all the chances and we wasted all the chances and in the second half it continued like that but against the round of play we conceded. We did whatever we could to secure points but it didn’t happen. I will congratulate Medeama” he said.
