Nations FC head coach, Kasim Ocansey Mingle, is looking forward to a fiercely competitive encounter against Berekum Chelsea in their upcoming Ghana Premier League fixture.
The Abrankese-based side will host Berekum Chelsea on Sunday in a matchday 12 clash that promises to be an intense battle. Both teams will be eager to secure maximum points to improve their positions on the league table.
Previewing the game, Coach Mingle acknowledged the challenge posed by their opponents but expressed confidence in his team’s preparations. “Our game against Berekum Chelsea will be very competitive, but we are preparing very well for them. We know they will come all out to redeem their image after losing two consecutive games,” he stated.
He also called on the fans for their unwavering support, adding, “I will urge the fans to come in their numbers, pray for us, and cheer us up when the going gets tough.”
Nations FC has been one of the standout performers in the Ghana Premier League this season, boasting an impressive record of six wins, four draws, and just one loss after 11 matches.
Their most recent victory came last Sunday against regional rivals, Asante Kotoko, which propelled them to the top of the league standings. This momentum will undoubtedly add an extra layer of confidence as they face Berekum Chelsea.
