Ghana international Osman Bukari played a key role for Austin FC in their Major League Soccer match against Los Angeles FC, helping his team secure a 1-1 draw on Thursday.
Bukari, who joined Austin FC from Red Star Belgrade in July 2024, was instrumental throughout the game, providing an assist for the opening goal. His precise pass set up Jader Obrian for a goal just before halftime, giving Austin FC the lead.
The home team, Los Angeles FC, responded in the second half with a goal from David Martinez, assisted by Ryan Hollingshead, leveling the score at 1-1. Despite both teams’ efforts, no further goals were scored, and the match ended in a draw.
Bukari, who has been impressive since his move, now has one goal and one assist in four MLS appearances. He will look to continue his strong performance as Austin FC aims to make a significant impact this season.
