Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey who was recently snubbed by Black Stars coach Otto Addo was on target for Arsenal FC in the English Premier League on Saturday afternoon at home.
Partey came into the second half of the match to replace Italian midfielder Jorginho at the start of the second department of the match.
He scored a banger for the Gunners in the 52nd minute of the match to put the Red and Whites 2-0 up seven minutes after his introduction into the frenetic encounter.
Ethan Nwaneri added the icing on the cake goal to make it 3-0 four minutes to the end of the match with a beautiful finish to send them fourth on the league table.
The 31-year-old Ghanaian international has two goals in 11 appearances this season for Arsenal.
