Egyptian side Pyramids have sacked their Portuguese head coach Jamie Pacheco with immediate effect.
Former Zamalek coach, Jaime Pacheco, 65, has been in charge of Pyramids since 2023. Pyramids have won just one in their last 10 games after huge investments were made ahead of the ongoing season.
Pyramids is 4th in the Egyptian Premier League with just two points separating them and the table toppers ZED after playing two games less.
In the CAF Champions League, the Cairo-based club after 4 games sits bottom of Group A having won one game, drawn one and lost two.
A new coach will be appointed in the coming days as Pyramids will travel to DR Congo to face TP Mazembe on 24th February in a match that will define their CAF Champions League campaign.
