Reading FC celebrated the milestone achievement of their captain, Andy Kyere Yiadom, as he reached his 209th club appearance during their match against Lincoln City on Saturday.
Yiadom, 32, has been an integral part of Reading FC since joining the club in 2018, and he has served as the club captain following Liam Moore’s departure.
Having been a regular fixture in the team since his transfer from Barnsley, the right-back now joins an esteemed group of 47 players who have reached the 209-club appearances mark throughout the club’s 153-year history. Yiadom
has accumulated a total of 209 appearances since joining Reading FC.
Yiadom played a significant role in Reading’s victory over Bristol Rovers, helping his team secure a vital win that propelled them nine points clear of the relegation zone in the English League One.
