Rwanda national team head coach Vincent Mashami has been shown the exit following the expiration of his contract.
The contract of the former Mashami was not renewed as the Amavubi seek a new gaffer to possibly qualify them to the 2023 AFCON.
The Rwandan Football Federation this afternoon issued a release stating that Mashami will no longer be in charge as they wished him well in his future endeavors.
Mashami has been coach of the Rwanda senior national team since 2018 and his best performance was reaching the quarter finals of the 2020 CHAN in Cameroon.
Rwanda are eager to qualify for the AFCON for the first time since 2004 and a new coach will be appointed before the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
