Ghanaian midfielder Salis Abdul Samed has signed a new long-term contract with French Ligue 1 side RC Lens.
The 23-year-old signed a three-year contract with Lens last summer after leaving Clermont Foot.
But his performances in the just-end season have forced the club’s administration to extend the Ghanaian midfielder’s contract for another year, keeping him at the club until 2028.
The Ghana international was instrumental in Lens’s qualification for the UEFA Champions League next season.
The Black Stars midfielder appeared in 33 Ligue 1 games and scored one goal for Lens.
