Management of Samartex Football Club have handed an amount of GHC 15,000 to the players for ending the first half of the Division 1 Zone 2 League on top of the log.
The money was issued to the players for their great effort in the first round and also to boost their morale in the next phase of the competition.
“Our Managing Director, Mr. Richard Nsenkyire, today, donated Ghc15,000 as a reward for the players’ compelling performance and a fulfillment of a promise he made to the team in the ongoing Division One League.” An official statement from the club on Thursday emphasized.
Samartex have 34 points from fifteen games, having won ten, lost one and drawn four.
