Serbian side Borac Cacak have released former Ghana Under 20 skipper Joseph Owusu Bempah after one year together.
Bempah, 25, joined Cacak last summer on a free transfer from Radnicki Pirot and played 28 league games providing one assist as they finished 14th on the league log with 36 points.
Despite impressing, Cacak refused to extend his contract and he has now been shown the exit by the club.
Bempah previoulsy captain Hearts of Oak and the Black Satellites and has also featured for clubs including Vojvodina, Murcielagos, Sloboda Uzice, Borac Cacak and a host of others.
