South African club TS Galaxy have completed the signing of Ghanaian winger William Oduro ahead of the upcoming season, securing the attacker on a two-year contract.
The 26-year-old joins TS Galaxy after an impressive spell with Hohoe United, with the club identifying him as a key addition to strengthen their attacking department.
The move represents a major step forward in Oduro’s career, as he makes the switch from the Ghana Premier League to South African football after establishing himself as a dependable attacking presence for Hohoe United.
Oduro leaves Hohoe United following a solid campaign where he impressed with his pace, creativity, and consistent contributions in the final third.
Despite Hohoe United’s withdrawal from the Ghana Premier League, the winger still managed to stand out, scoring three goals in 20 appearances and earning recognition as one of the team’s key performers.
His performances attracted interest from several clubs both locally and abroad, but TS Galaxy ultimately moved quickly to secure his signature after monitoring him closely.
The South African side are understood to have completed negotiations after weeks of scouting, tying him down until 2027.
For Oduro, the transfer offers a chance to test himself in a more competitive environment and continue his development on a bigger stage in African club football.
