Spain-based Ghanaian forward Dauda Mohammed has been omitted from the Ghana squad for the first two matches of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
The former Asante Kotoko SC striker was in line to be named in the 33-man squad for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar and Central Africa Republic respectively.
His club in Spain, FC Cartagena also reported few days ago that their attacker had been handed a call-up by the Ghana Football Association and head coach Otto Addo.
Surprisingly, the attacker’s name has been omitted from the Black Stars team that will be playing at home against Madagascar and Central Africa Republic away from home.
