Ghanaian defender Tariq Lamptey has made a return to club side Brighton and Hove Albion after a heartbreaking early World Cup exit.
Lamptey started just one game out of a possible three for the Black Stars as they earned just three points in Group H and finishing bottom.
With national football behind him, he has returned to his club where he looks to fight for his spot in Roberto De Zerbi’s starting line up when the league resumes.
He struggled for game time before the World Cup started.
