Former Ghana star midfielder Derek Boateng has blasted the Ghana Football Association for the current predicents of the various national teams at major tournament.
The former Getafe CF player thinks the Ghana FA is responsible for the poor performances of national teams in recent tournaments.
According to him, the football association owns a lot of players in the national teams and that’s why the teams doesn’t perform.
“The FA owns a lot of players in the national teams and that’s why we don’t perform. When CK was there, the FA were telling him the kind of players he should call and when things didn’t go well they kick him out.
Ghana finished in their groups at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon and at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later 2022.
Ghana’s Black Galaxies also failed at the 2023 Africa Nations Championship in Algeria and recently Ghana’s Black Meteors crushing out of the 2023 CAF U-23 Championship in Morocco at the group stages.
