Former captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC, Edmund Owusu Ansah has eulogized the club that made him popular in the country.
Owusu Ansah played for Ghana as the captain at the maiden edition of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament in Côte d’Ivoire.
He spent four years as a Porcupine Warrior and made 123 appearances in all competitions for the club scoring 14 goals as a deep playing playmaker for the Reds.

He also played for Kpando Hearts of Lions between 2007 and 2010 making 65 appearances and banging in 28 goals for the Lions.
“Owuo”, as he was affectionately called by the the supporters and football loving fans wowed football enthusiasts with scintillating performances throughout his football career in the country.
