The former Ghana international has sent a goodwill message to the senior national football team, the Black Stars ahead of their crucial FIFA World Cup qualifier play-off clash against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Ghana will host Nigeria at the Baba Yara Stadium this evening on the world cup play off first leg with the second leg slated for Abuja on March 29.
And Gyan who is Ghana’s all-time leading top scorer has taken to social media to wish the Black Stars well ahead of the epic clash.
“The nation is fully behind you, to make it to the World Cup after all the set backs is a game changer achievement for the nation , yourselves & your families . Step on that pitch as wounded lions & go make history once again. Go Ghana Black Stars Go for Gold @ghanafaofficial,” Gyan wrote on Twitter.
