Mohammed Kudus, the Ghanaian star, expressed his delight at returning to Ajax for pre-season training ahead of the 2023/24 football season.
Following his arrival for pre-season on Wednesday, June 12, the talented young player shared that he had a wonderful time in Ghana, where he spent the off-season with his family and friends.
Looking ahead to the upcoming season, Kudus revealed that his goal is to clinch the Dutch Eredivisie title with Ajax and strive to achieve better results in European competitions alongside his teammates.
“I was spending my holidays in Ghana with family, it was nice and calm. Now we have to do better than last season, that’s the expectation. To win the league and to do better in the Europa League,” Mohammed Kudus said as quoted by TheEuropeanLad.
Kudus has already commenced training with his Ajax teammates and will actively participate in the upcoming weeks as they prepare for the new Eredivisie campaign, set to commence on August 11.
