Hearts of Oak defender, Konadu Yiadom, has firmly rejected claims that the team is under pressure ahead of their Week 12 Ghana Premier League fixture against Nsoatreman FC.
In a pre-match interview with Hearts of Oak TV, the center-back reassured fans that the players are focused and confident, despite the added attention following their three-game winning streak.
“We’ve been preparing well. The boys are working hard, and we want to win every game, which is why we keep pushing ourselves. There’s no pressure on us. We are just following the coach’s instructions, so no player is feeling pressured,” Konadu Yiadom said.
The Phobians will host Nsoatreman FC on Saturday, November 23, at the Legon Sports Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 PM.
A victory would further solidify Hearts of Oak’s position as serious title contenders in the ongoing season, as they look to extend their impressive form and build momentum for the remainder of the campaign. Fans will be hoping the team’s dedication and recent performances result in another crucial win.
