The Wait is over for Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC fans as midfielder Justice Blay travels with team to face ailing Elmina Sharks on Monday.
The box-to-box midfielder has been named among the squad list of the Porcupine Warriors for Elmina Sharks encounter at the Nduom Sports Stadium by head Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum.
Kotoko are hoping to add to the woes of the Fearsome Sharks who are without a win in nine straight games in the ongoing 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season.
The 27-year-old rejoined the Red and Whites outfit after his contract at Medeama SC expires last month.
He joined Asante Kotoko on a free transfer in a deal which will keep him at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium outfit until 2024 and could make his Kotoko bow in his second coming on Monday.
Blay played on loan at the club in 2019 and scored a famous header against arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak SC during the NC tournament to write his name with a permanent marker in the hearts of the Porcupine Warriors supporters.
