Ghana international Thomas Partey has expressed his joy after playing a pivotal role in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Aston Villa in the English Premier League.
The Black Stars midfielder was instrumental in the Gunners’ victory on Saturday, contributing both defensively and offensively as they secured three crucial points at Villa Park.
Partey found the back of the net in the competitive clash, marking his first Premier League goal since March 2023. Arsenal took the lead when Leandro Trossard, introduced as a substitute, scored with his first touch of the game. Just ten minutes later, Partey doubled the lead with a well-taken goal, sealing a sweet victory for Arsenal, especially after Aston Villa’s double over them last season.
After the match, Partey shared his excitement on Instagram, simply posting, “Win. Win. Win.”
