Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is considering a potential move to Juventus as he evaluates his future in European football as confirmed by transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano.
The talented player, who has been a crucial figure for Arsenal, has now prioritized a transfer to the Italian giants as his next destination.
Partey, who joined the Gunners in 2020 from Atletico Madrid in La Liga, is contemplating his options, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, there have been no official proposals yet, but Arsenal is open to letting him go.
While Partey played a significant role for Arsenal in the recently concluded 2022/23 season, his form dipped in the last ten games as the Gunners fell short in their pursuit of the Premier League title, finishing second behind Manchester City.
It’s worth noting that Partey’s midfield partner, Granit Xhaka, is also likely to join Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
Having represented Mikel Arteta’s side for three seasons now, the midfielder enjoyed his most productive campaign in the last season.
Throughout his time at Arsenal, Partey has made 81 appearances in the Premier League, scoring five goals and providing three assists.
