Italy Serie A side Atalanta are interested in Malian international El Bilal Touré as new striker in case Højlund or Duván Zapata will leave the club this summer, Sportsworldghana.com understands.
The Malian who plays for Spanish La Liga side Almeria is being keenly monitored by the Blue and Black outfit who will be playing in the UEFA Champions League competition next season.
The striker is in Atalanta list as talks is expected will follow between the Italian Serie A side and and the Spanish La Liga side who finished just above the drop zone.
Atalanta are not the only club interested in the former French Ligue 1 player as other top Premier League clubs are also keen but the Italian side remains the cluc really pushing for his signature.
The 21-year-old Malian international scored seven goals and provided two assists in the just concluded 2022-23 Spanish La Liga for Almeria in 21 games.
