English Premier League side Bournemouth are courting the Masandawana midfielder Teboho Mokoena. The EPL side has scouted the South African midfielder for a while and is ready to do battle with African champions Al Ahly for the signature of Teboho Mokoena in the imminent transfer window.
Al Ahly is weighing an official bid for the talented all-action Bafana Bafana midfielder Teboho Mokoena.
The 27-year-old Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder is under contract with the Brazilians until 2026 but is refusing to extend his contract as he is ready for a new challenge, per reports.
News emanating from the Cairo media says that the Red Devils have decided to add Teboho Mokoena to their set-up this summer.
Al Ahly denied ever showing interest in the midfielder last week but is willing to sign him if only Sundowns will be ready to do business with them.
Mamelodi Sundowns however are adamant about selling any of their important players to the teams they are always in direct competition within African inter-club competitions.
The former Supersport Star’s representatives will play a very huge role if Mokoena stays with the Brazillians or join the Red Devils.
Al Ahly will have to pay more than USD 1M if they will snatch him from Mamelodi Sundowns.
