Young goalkeeper King Agbozo of Nkawkaw Salvation Army Primary School, who recently emerged champion at the U-13 MILO Championship held in the Western Region, has fulfilled a dream by meeting his football idol.
The talented shot-stopper had the rare opportunity to meet Black Stars goalkeeper Benjamin Asare, who also captains Accra Hearts of Oak.
Benjamin Asare, currently on national assignment with the Black Galaxies, met the budding goalkeeper at the Accra Sports Stadium and presented him with an Accra Hearts of Oak jersey.
Agbozo’s impressive performances at the youth championship have reportedly attracted interest from the Phobians, with rumours suggesting the club is considering signing the promising youngster for their junior team as part of plans to develop him for the future.
