English-born Ghanaian youngster Kwaku Oduroh has joined English League Two side Rochdale Football Club ahead of the 2023/24 season.
The 20-year joins the club on a season-long loan from League One side Derby County as he chases more playing time.
Upon joining up with the squad, the full-back said he is excited about what lies ahead.
“I’m delighted, of course,” said Oduroh.
“The gaffer showed a real interest and that was promising for me. We spoke a lot throughout the off-season and there was a clear plan.”
Oduroh is a Manchester City Academy product, having joined at the Under-9 level.
He won the Under-18 Premier League and Premier League 2 with the European Champions.
Following a successful trial, he left the club last summer and signed a two-year contract with Derby County.
Last season, the 20-year-old earned six appearances for The Rams’ First Team and was a regular for their Under-21 team.
