Red-hot Ghanaian forward Abednego Tetteh won the last the Player-Of-The-Month for May/ June in the Ghana Premier League.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak SC striker scored seven goals in five matches matches to win the award at the expense of Samuel Ofori of Nsoatreman FC, Jonathan Sowah of Medeama SC and Ali Huzaif of Dreams FC.
He won the goal king gong this campaign after netting 18 goals in the league for Kumasi King Faisal FC and Bibiani Gold Stars FC.
Tetteh was phenomenal in the second round of the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League season after switching from King Faisal FC to Gold Stars FC in Bibiani.
He made the Duns Park a fortress for all visiting clubs and scored for fun to become top scorer in the league which has attracted interest from clubs across Africa including teams from Tanzania.
