Ghana international Daniel Amartey has officially joined Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas on a long-term contract.
The Ghanaian has signed a three-year deal with the club following his departure from Leicester City at the end of his contract.
The deal was confirmed by the club late on Friday, with a statement on their website.
“Our club signed a contract with Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey as part of the transfer efforts for the 2023-24 season,” the statement read.
“We wish Daniel Amartey, who we believe will render important services to our club, great success with our glorious uniform, and present it to the public with our respect.”
He moves to Turkey after a seven-year spell in England with the Foxes.
